PRODUCTION

We offer birch rotary-cut veneer of various grades from the high quality raw materials.

The production is realized according to State Standard N.99-96 "Rotary-cut veneer. Technical conditions".

 

Sise of rotary-cut veneer:
Format 1600 x 1600 mm
Grade 1,2,3,4
Thickness 1.45 (1.5) mm

We can produce veneer of various grades and sises according to the arrangement.

The veneer's drying is made in a gas roller dryer.

Thus we quarantee the delivery of a high quality veneer at the earliest possible date.

SUGGESTION

We inform You that now our plant produces birch rotary-cut veneer according to State Standard N.99-96 by format 1600x1600x1.5 mm. We suggest the following terms of delivery:

1. Birch Rotary-cut veneer non-sorting 1600x1600x1.5 (veneer of four grades in pallet):
   1-2 grades 10-15%
   3-4 grades 85-90%
   The amount of non-format veneer not more than 15%. Dimensions are specified with the Customer.
2. Birch rotary-cut veneer non-sorting (1600x1600x1.5) format (grades acc.p.1, but without non-format veneer).
3. Birch rotary-cut veneer 1600x1600x1.5 of 3-4 grades in pallet.(The amount of non format veneer not more than 15%. Dimensions can be specified with the Customer).
4. Birch Rotary-cut veneer of 1-2 grades. (The amount of non-format veneer not more than 15%. Dimensions can be specified with the Customer).

The dimensions may be submitted to the Customer's approval.

On a special Custom's order we can deliver veneer of the same format, but non-standard.

The delivery made in 2 weeks after 100% payment in advance.
